Admissions
Hillside Nursery & Forest School is a Lancashire County Council maintained Nursery School offering places from 9 months to 4 year old children.
This includes the free entitlement of 15 hours per week during term time to 3 and 4 year old children, alongside the 30 hour entitlement to those parents/carers that meet the eligibility.
We also offer 2 year old funded places (subject to eligibility) and non-funded places.
More information about eligibility is available at www.lancashire.gov.uk/childcare
We have places for 112 children, 56 children per session. We encourage the children to attend 5 mornings or 5 afternoon sessions to provide consistency and enable them to build friendship groups. However, we also offer a number of flexible places.
Morning sessions are 8.55am to 11.55am
Afternoon sessions are 12.40pm to 3.40pm
Each session lasts for 3 hours and we encourage punctuality and good attendance so we can provide your child with the best learning experience. Wraparound care is available, which includes breakfast club, lunch and additional sessions.
Breakfast 7.55am-8.55am
Lunch 11.55am-12.40pm
After School 3.40-4:40pm
These can be booked at the office and paid via Parentmail
