About Us
Hillside Nursery and Forest School is a maintained Nursery School offering funded places to children aged 2-4 years. We also accommodate
fee-paying children aged 2-3 years. Breakfast, lunch club and wraparound sessions are available for all children enabling parent's childcare needs to be met.
The Nursery is organised into two classes, the 2 year old classroom (Holly) and 3-4 year old classroom (Oak).
The provision is carefully planned to meet the unique needs of each age group.
There is a room dedicated to music, dance and focused group work, which also houses the Nursery Library.
Our Forest Room provides opportunities to make links in learning between the inside and outdoor provision. There is an on-site Forest School placing outdoor learning at the heart of the Nursery School's Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
